warranty specialist focus chargeback & claim correction.

In the "Warranty Audit" department, you identify vulnerabilities, risks, and potentials of the warranty process handling within the worldwide MAN Service organization and ensure the quality of our auditors from external service providers through appropriate training and control measures. With this responsible position, you make a significant contribution to a positive customer experience in the context of particularly customer-sensitive warranty repairs, you support achieving adequate cost targets and contribute to an audit-proof warranty application review at a central interface of customer, service, and product quality.

 - Ensure that findings from warranty audits are reflected in chargebacks to MAN’s after-sales partners
 - Monitor open claims and proactively manage adjustments based on defined criteria (e.g. deadlines, objections)
 - Create and correct invoices independently in the system 
 - Continuously improve the chargeback processes using technology including RPA

 - Business background (e.g. studies or apprenticeship)
 - IT-affinity and ideally experience in optimizing processes with help of RPA
 - Experience working with SAP is a plus
 - Basic Microsoft Office Skills
 - Good analytical skills and a feel for the overall context
 - Fluent in oral and written English 
 - Independent, structured and efficient way of working, strong attention to detail
