• deliver comprehensive training programs, including new employee orientation and ongoing professional development, to meet the evolving needs of our staff; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver training solutions that exceed expectations, promoting a culture of quality service and customer satisfaction;


• transfers knowledge of training and learning methodologies to build a culture of learning and development;


• demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, displaying initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently and effectively; 


• conduct training through new materials;


• test and review created materials;


• able to give and receive feedback effectively;


• evaluates training effectiveness, documents participant progress, and communicates findings to relevant manager

• excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;


• ability to engage with employees at all levels;


• team player;


• familiarity with learning management solutions and proficiency in utilizing digital systems and tools for both virtual and onsite training;


• able to prioritize workload, self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines;

• willingness to travel in case of external training.

• base salary of 1200€/month;
