We are looking for a highly motivated Training Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our employees by delivering training programs that align with our company’s core values and supervising all aspects of training interventions.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training programs, including new employee orientation and ongoing professional development, to meet the evolving needs of our staff.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver training solutions that exceed expectations, promoting a culture of quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Transfer knowledge of training and learning methodologies to build a culture of learning and development.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, displaying initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct training using new materials.
- Test and review created materials.
- Provide and receive feedback effectively.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, document participant progress, and communicate findings to the relevant manager.

- Ability to engage with employees at all levels.

- Familiarity with learning management solutions and proficiency in utilizing digital systems and tools for both virtual and onsite training.

- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and find solutions.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for external training sessions.
principais benefícios
- Direct contract with the client;
- Base salary of 1200€/month;
- Meal allowance;

- Schedule: monday to friday
