technical support specialist - german speaker (m/f/x).

• assist customers in German via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels;


• provide technical troubleshooting and guide users in using our product or platform efficiently;


• collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues;


• continuously improve by gathering user feedback and offering innovative solutions;


• maintain detailed documentation and ensure follow-up on any escalated cases;

• fluency in German (spoken and written) is a must;


• strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for providing exceptional customer service;


• previous experience with call center or help desk environments is a plus;


• ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting;


• a positive and patient attitude, with a willingness to learn;

What we have to offer you?

• competitive salary: €1,100/month.


• performance bonus: Up to €120/month.
