• solve technical issues like a pro while providing pre-sales and general inquiry support,

• handle escalations and pass complex issues to higher support tiers (when needed);


• keep detailed case notes so no problem is ever left behind!

• fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English (written and spoken);


• a strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions;


• previous call center experience? That’s a big plus!

What do we have for you?

• base Salary: €1,100/month;


• performance Bonus: Up to €120/month;


• complexity Bonus: €135/month;
