Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms
- Provide pre-sales support, general inquiries, and technical assistance
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice in all interactions
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve tickets
- Manage your personal ticket queue and follow guidance from leadership
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Review and provide feedback on help center content
competências
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting is an advantage
principais benefícios
Offer:
- Renewable 6-month employment contract
- Base salary: €1,100/month
- Meal allowance: €7.23 per working day
- Complexity bonus: €135/month
- Performance bonus: up to €120/month
- Rotational schedules: Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00; Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 17:00
- Two rotational days off
- Work location: Lisbon
