technical customer support - danish (m/f/x).

• ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social messaging channels (as assigned);


• ability to adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone /email /chat /messaging channels) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews) channels;


• respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented


• respond to inbound customer requests , document relevant case information;

• fluency in both Danish and English, spoken and written;


• preferably previous working experience in a call center;


• high school diploma or a higher education degree;


• experience in technical Troubleshooting (preferable)

What do we have for you?

• base salary of 1500€/month;


• performance bonus up to 120€/month;


• meal Allowance of 7.23€ per day;


• health Insurance;


• schedule: monday to friday, between 8am and 5pm


• 2 days off: saturday and sunday


• relocation package
