The Team Coordinator we are looking for will join an existing NOC (Network Operation
Center) team responsible of ensuring the proper execution of an incident mananagent
process of a big telco firm in the Iberian market. For this position, you need to
combine both technical and communicative skills. You will be considered an extension
of a remote operational team located in Europe;
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team to achieve objectives within the telecommunications infrastructure incident management service;
Creation of work methods, procedures, and manuals;
Ensuring 24-hour customer service delivery;
Monitoring schedules;
Training of employees;
In-person client visits representing the company;
Organization of schedules and shifts;
Creation and presentation of content for professional support;
Management of emails, incidents, and complaints;
Technical support in the use and management of applications.
Out-of-the-Box thinking is necessary to improve resolution processes;
Able to adapt to the team needs. The project is ongoing in several countries and your
help might be needed to support (occasionally) them.
Daily customer communication;
Administrative support for the team in the field.
Understanding of the Incident Management process.
