• You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team to achieve objectives within the telecommunications infrastructure incident management service;


• Creation of work methods, procedures, and manuals;


• Ensuring 24-hour customer service delivery;


• Monitoring schedules;


• Training of employees;


• In-person client visits representing the company;


• Organization of schedules and shifts;


• Creation and presentation of content for professional support;


• Management of emails, incidents, and complaints;


• Technical support in the use and management of applications.


• Out-of-the-Box thinking is necessary to improve resolution processes;


• Able to adapt to the team needs. The project is ongoing in several countries and your help might be needed to support (occasionally) them;


• Daily customer communication;


• Administrative support for the team in the field.


• Understanding of the Incident Management process.

• 3/5 years of experience as a Help Desk Operator / Team Coordinator - NOC;


• Responsability and professionalism.Willingness to learn;


• High level of Portuguese and English are required;


• High communication skills;


• Customer first mentality.
