As a German Content Review Agent, you will:

• analyze and filter user-submitted content in German, including videos, photos, GIFs, and texts.


• ensure the service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


• maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services.


• protect customer data and ensure compliance with all relevant processes.

• fluent in German (native level or C1 minimum) and reside in Porto.


• have good English skills.


• are available to work on-site in the city center of Porto (remote work is not possible).


• can be flexible with working hours, including the ability to work 24/7 shifts (including weekends and night shifts, with 2 days off in a 7-day span).


• possess great attention to detail and strong work ethics.


• have good communication skills and adhere to guidelines.
