• Collaborate with Package Managers and Department Leads to validate service delivery, timelines, and scope.


• Monitor service delivery KPIs and identify areas for improvement.


• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to ensure business continuity.


• Verify charges align with Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts.


• Manage PO revisions and resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices.


• Ensure timely issuance of POs, coordinating with internal teams.


• Work with Data and Accounts Payable teams to maintain data accuracy and reduce outstanding invoices.


• Promote correct use of Bulletin of Measurement (BM) forms by service providers.


• Manage and review BM forms submitted by suppliers.

• University Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement and/or internal environments.


• Familiarity with local purchasing regulations and legislation.


• Proficiency in purchasing systems and MS Office applications.


• Fluent in written and spoken English.
