The jobholder will join the Finance transformation team and will be responsible for SAP S/4 HANA Finance support and project deployment within the group.
In an international environment, connected with a wide Finance network, in collaboration with multicultural and multifunctional teams (Finance, IT, Sales, Logistic, Subsidiaries...), the jobholder will contribute to the following types of projects: SAP S/4 HANA Finance Solutions deployment and Support Group worldwide transformation by extending SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance solution to company subsidiaries, generating process and compliance harmonization; Finance systems evolutions: Adjust permanently Company Finance solutions to answer to business evolutions and challenges, to comply with tax, accounting norms and other regulations. Provide Company Finance community with digital solutions, generating simplification and efficiency, through new ways of working, and automation.
Tasks & accountabilities:
On the S/4 HANA SAP solutions covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cost accounting, Consolidation and Treasury, the jobholder will have the responsibilities to support company worldwide accounting users network, for 80+ legal entities of the Company Commercial Aircraft division.
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Run all necessary maintenance and change requests activities to ensure reliable operations;
Collect incidents, analyzing, propose and apply solutions to fix.
Design, implement, test and deliver change requests on time and with quality.
Ensure the product documentation is always up to date.
And in the frame of the SAP Finance deployment projects in the scope of General Ledger,Fixed Assets, Tax, Cost Accounting, Consolidation and Treasury team members, the main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Describe and Analyze the As Is Business Processes and Systems;
Identify Gaps versus Group SAP S/4 Finance Core Model;
Define and customize the target SAP Finance solution adapted to the entity;
Execute and Coordinate unit and integration tests;
Define and execute the Migration;
Manage all projects dimensions: scope, planning, budget, risk and reporting;
Drive project life cycle activities: from concept definition until entry in service;
Animation of multi-functional project teams;
Interpret functional needs of finance teams and translate into new processes and solutions;
Support solutions definitions with IT departments;
Change management for Finance community;
Secure permanently the stability, reliability, quality and performance of Company Finance Systems;
Anticipate Finance systems evolutions and propose improvements.
