responsabilidades chave
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job offers to selecting the ideal candidate.
- Identify and attract qualified talent using various recruitment channels.
- Perform CV screening and conduct interviews to assess both technical skills and soft skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure the best candidate-company match.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and update recruitment data in company systems.
competências
- Native or Advanced level of Dutch
- Intermediate level of English (B2)
- Previous experience in the recruitment sector (preferred)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Organizational skills and time management
- Strong evaluation and analytical abilities

What We Offer:
Base salary: €1400/month
Meal allowance: €7.23/day
Health insurance
Working hours: Monday to Friday
12-month employment contract (renewable)
