1. Communication:

Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the department’s visibility.
Create and manage content for the department’s Google Site and intranet.
Produce newsletters, articles, and visual materials highlighting departmental initiatives and achievements.
Organize internal events, meetings, and presentations to promote department activities.

2. Prevention:

Foster a prevention-focused mindset across the organization.
Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on preventive practices.
Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement preventive measures.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of prevention initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

3. On-Site Engagement:

Regularly visit production facilities to interact with blue-collar workers and key stakeholders.
Gather insights and experiences to share across the organization.
Represent on-site employees' voices and perspectives, promoting inclusivity and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Safety Management, Quality, or related fields.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in communication or prevention roles, preferably in the aviation industry.
  Proven success in developing and implementing communication strategies.

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and intranet platforms.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.


• Knowledge of safety and prevention practices in industrial or manufacturing settings.


• Fluent in English (German is highly desirable).


• Experience with MS Office and G Suite.


• Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.


• Willingness to travel.
