quality analyst - german speaker (m/f/x).

• in this role you will be guiding, coaching, training and/or monitoring a team of German advisors to perform the best way possible and provide the best service to the platform.

• fluent in German (level C1 minimum) and be living in Lisbon, with availability to go to the office on a daily basis (office in Sete Rios)


• good English skills


• having previous experience in call-center is mandatory, applications without experience will not be considered.


• experience in specific roles of Quality Analyst, Team Leader and/or Trainer are very valuable.


• high-school diploma (minimum)


• must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal (residence card)
