Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & Evaluation: Review calls, emails, and chat interactions to ensure they meet company standards.


• Feedback & Coaching: Provide structured feedback and recommend training to enhance agent performance.


• Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations such as GDPR.


• Reports & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (NPS, CSAT) and suggest improvements.


• Continuous Development: Work with teams to optimize processes and improve the customer

Requirements:
 

• Native or advanced level of Flemish or Dutch


• Intermediate English level (B2)


• Previous experience in customer support


• Excellent communication and active listening skills


• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical abilities

What We Offer:

• Contract: 12-month contract with a 30-day trial period


• Health insurance from day 1


• Salary: €1,650 x 14 months + €2,400 yearly performance bonus (€600 per quarter) + meal allowance.


• Relocation Package for candidates moving from abroad.


• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site).
