We are now looking for a Aftersales Delivery and Performance Manager to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.
...Responsibilities - your mission:
Support and manage the Aftersales NPI (New Parts Introduction);
Business and the industrial flow;
Support the Customer Order Management;
Steer, measure and display industrial and financial performance including risk, mitigation and opportunity management;
Support and manage the reporting with internal suppliers and customer;
Establish reports for different hierarchies inside Airbus Aerostructures and towards the customer,
Assure harmonized and efficient industrial flows
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
A diploma/bachelor degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
High resilience and assertiveness
Team & communication skills
Business fluent English (German desirable)
Experience in KPIs and designing reports
Experience in MS Office - especially in Excel, Access and G Suite
Knowledge in SAP
