In this role, you will play a crucial part in conducting outbound calls to research, verify, and enhance customer data, while identifying potential business opportunities and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers after onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
- Address questions and provide personalized support for effective product adoption
- Define success criteria and goals with customers.
- Develop tailored action plans and share best practices to maximize product value.
- Identify and resolve early challenges, collaborating with support and product teams.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product team.
- Improve onboarding processes based on common challenges and engagement data.
- Foster long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, conducting follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th grade education (high school diploma)
- C1 level English proficiency (mandatory)
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate U.S. time zones
- Currently residing in Lisbon
- Experience in a call center environment (preferred)
- Strong resilience and commitment to the project

- Base salary: €1,000.

- On-site full-time position in Cabo Ruivo, Lisbon.
- Rotating shifts (Sunday to Sunday) following U.S. time zones (Mountain Time -7h & Pacific Time -8h):
1st shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
2nd shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
