responsabilidades chave
- Marketing Material Design: Create engaging visuals for digital and print marketing campaigns, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements;
- Product Design: Collaborate with the product team to design intuitive user interfaces and enhance the user experience of software solutions;
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design elements adhere to Vawlt’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials;
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with marketing, and product development teams to conceptualize and implement design ideas that effectively communicate value proposition;
- Feedback Implementation: Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and meet company objectives.
competências
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field;
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing developed work;
- Experience in UI/UX design, with a keen understanding of user-centered design principles;
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma);
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to non-design stakeholders;
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- English proficiency;
- Energy, strong proactivity and willingness to adapt and grow with the company.
