Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Training Sessions – Conduct training for newly registered buyers, helping them understand the platform and key sales conditions.


• Buyer Discovery Sessions – Engage with buyers to assess their needs, preferences, and purchasing potential, recording key details in Salesforce (SF).


• Onboarding Follow-Up Coordination – Proactively follow up with buyers to ensure they feel confident and prepared to start purchasing.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer relations is mandatory.


• Experience with Salesforce (SF) is a plus.


• Basic car knowledge/interest is a plus.


• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
