• Implement the planning for Marketing Production by prioritizing tasks and establishing deadlines


• Coordinate and implement marketing-related deliveries and operations for the different channels / stakeholders


• Coordinate the media plan with the agency in the execution and delivery of graphic materials, including development of print ads, digital mass mailings, and web/social media digital assets


• Maintain the relationship with external vendors to facilitate production and timely deliveries


• Set-up business procedures and processes to support the marketing production and digital operations


• Support client events (fulfilment including giveaways and printings, other marketing collaterals, webinars), including designing stands and promotional materials for use in events and fairs


• Ensuring all deliverables adhere to Nordea’s branding guidelines and standards

• Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including min 2 (two) years in a similar role
  3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment


• Are proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps and can produce visually compelling marketing materials


• Have demonstrated experience in seamlessly transitioning between creative responsibilities and operational/ project management tasks


• Have first class communication skills, English proficiency being a must


• Firm understanding of common project management, including strategies, plans, processes, principles, and marketing


• Are a “doer” and a person able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once while respecting sometimes tight deadlines


• Have a high sense of priority and ability to re-reprioritize as per business needs and legal requirements


• Have solid interpersonal skills: enthusiastic and positive personality, professionally curious, attentive to detail, motivated nature, easy to work with and collaborative
