We are searching for a “Learning Business Partner” (training project manager) within the Learning Team of the HR department, supporting the team for Learning Development.
The Learning and Knowledge Management department has the mission to provide expertise and levers for employees to develop skills enabling Airbus ambition.

We are looking for candidates who share our values and want to make a true impact at Airbus and its learning culture. As a “Learning Business Partner”, you will define and deliver the Learning Development Pl and work closely with deployment partners. You will support the team in the design, the
conception of learning solution and the catalogue maintenance trans domain. You will perform your activities in alignment with Business and HR strategy by involving all stakeholders in the area of responsibility. You will be the grant of active learning pedagogical approach
Activities
● Learning Offer Development
Design & develop new learning solutions from Business needs, respecting our project management standards and commitments. Support and advise Academies to find more efficient Learning & KM solutions. Ensure operational delivery feasibility and maintain learning offer effectiveness, quality and performance. Provide any opportunity to streamline and digitalize the Learning offer in perspective of performance and effectiveness. Support the change and innovation initiatives within the organization.
● Learning Delivery Management
Ensure Business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities. Capture business constraints, assess feasibility and lead deployment of learning plan with different stakeholders, propose solutions based on Expert knowledge of processes and Supply Chain. Manage sub-contractor for training sessions’ logistics organization. Monitor Deployment performance through relevant KPIs and risk management, lead actions to improve and optimize training deployment.
● Learning Plan Management
Based on a deep understanding of business priorities and constraints, build & deliver Learning & KM plans addressing critical business needs balancing business constraints and optimization targets (cost and capacity).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related fiel
Experience within a training domain needed
At least 3-5 years of experience in project management within the learning and development
International Context: Experience in a transnational and multicultural environment, with the ability to navigate and adapt to diverse cultural dynamics within a global organization.
Digital Culture: Comfortable working in a digital-first environment, with experience remote collaboration across multiple locations and teams, especially within a European and Airbus-specific context
Project Management: Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge in Aviation, Engineering, Airframe and manufacturing would be a plus
