...Process Documentation:
- Document HR processes and workflows.
- Create and maintain HR frameworks, policies, regulations, manuals, and guidelines.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
Talent Management:
- Discuss and adjust where needed the performance process.
- Set and monitor employee objectives and goals.
- Drive, if needed, talent development programs and initiatives.
Presentation Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations for various HR initiatives.
- Present complex information in a clear and visually appealing manner.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent;
- Professional experience (preferably in an industrial environment with a matrix organization);
- Fluent in English;
- Orientation towards objectives and implementation of projects;
- Versatility and organizational capacity;
- High sense of commitment and organizational involvement;
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent communication and relational skills.
