- In this role you will be guiding, coaching, training and/or monitoring a team of German advisors/reviewers to perform the best way possible and provide the best service to the platform.
competências
- Fluent in German (level C1 minimum) and be living in Lisbon, with availability to go to the office on a daily basis (office in Sete Rios)
Good English skills - Having previous experience in call-center/content review is mandatory, applications without experience will not be considered.
- Experience in specific roles of Quality Analyst, Team Leader and/or Trainer are very valuable.
- High-school diploma (minimum)
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal (residence card)
- Fluent in German (level C1 minimum) and be living in Lisbon, with availability to go to the office on a daily basis (office in Sete Rios)
