As a German Content Moderator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, filtering, and ensuring the quality of content shared on the platform. Your job is to keep everything safe, friendly, and engaging for the community, ensuring compliance with guidelines while maintaining the platform's fun and inclusive vibe. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• moderating content and ensuring it meets community guidelines.


• reviewing user-generated posts across the platform, ensuring they follow rules and policies.


• managing flagged content and providing responses in a timely manner.


• ensuring that the platform remains a safe space for users by filtering out harmful or inappropriate content.


• communicating with users when needed, and handling inquiries related to content issues.


• providing feedback to optimize platform moderation processes and improve user experience

• fluent in German (native/C1 level) – you’ll be moderating content in German!


• good command of English – a plus for internal communication.


• attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content.


• comfortable working on digital platforms and reviewing a wide range of media.


• strong communication skills – you’ll be guiding users and ensuring smooth communication.


• team player – working together to ensure a top-notch user experience.


• Porto residents only – this role is based in the center of Porto, no remote work.
