responsabilidades chave
- engage with customers via phone and email to assist them with all their insurance-related questions.
- provide clear, detailed explanations about our products, including coverage details.
- assist with policy cancellations and guide insurance brokers through their inquiries.
- be a friendly and professional voice, helping customers feel supported and confident in their decisions.
competências
- advanced German proficiency (C2 level) – your German skills will be key to delivering top-notch service.
- intermediate English (B2) – a good level of English helps us communicate efficiently within the team and across departments.
- a calm demeanor under pressure – customer support can get busy, and we need someone who can keep cool and collected.
- excellent communication skills – whether you’re explaining complex details or troubleshooting an issue, we need you to get the message across clearly.
- previous customer service experience? it’s a bonus, but not required!

What do we have for you?
- base salary of €1,100/month.
- complexity bonus of €100/month – for your dedication and attention to detail.
- performance bonus of up to €100/month – your hard work gets recognized!
- meal allowance of €7.23/day worked.
- rotational shifts monday to Friday (including bank holidays), between 07:30 AM – 08:00 PM – flexibility is key!
- days off: weekends – time to recharge and enjoy your weekend in full!
- 6-month renewable contract – an opportunity to grow within a supportive, international team.
