Imagine being part of a dynamic, international team in vibrant Porto, working on a project that shapes the online experience for a globally recognized social media giant. You'll be the guardian of content integrity, ensuring that user-generated content aligns with platform guidelines and fosters a positive community environment.
As a German-Speaking Content Reviewer, you'll be the critical eye, analyzing and filtering user-generated content to maintain platform standards and protect user safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and filter a wide range of user-generated content in German, including videos, photos, GIFs, and text, to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Ensure all reviewed content aligns with platform policies and contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s products and services to effectively assess content.
- Protect user data and ensure strict compliance with security policies and privacy regulations.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Native or C1 level fluency in German, with good English communication skills.
- Residency in Porto and availability to work 100% on-site (remote work is not available).
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and nights (rotational shifts with two days off per week).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset.

Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday): 07:00 - 16:00 /14:00 - 23:00 /22:30 - 07:30
