Our client is a multinational company, leader in its sector and they are recruting an GL profile.
Your role:
Managing system interfaces
Recording and pre-closing transactions
Analyzing and reconciling accounts and resolving issues
Closing books and performing post-closing activities
Supporting financial reporting
Maintaining accounting master data
SME for particular process activities
Proactive resolution of day-to-day issues and escalate service incidents to Team Lead
Assists in implementation of activities to streamline and standardize operations, including operational metrics
If you have:
Minimum 3 years of General Ledger work experience required
Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable processes; ideally knowledge in P2P process
Experience in multiple transitions of work from one part of the organization to another
Demonstrated ability to work on and own initiatives
Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, then make clear and timely decisions
Self-reliance and ability to escalate appropriately
Strong organizational skills, be open minded and receptive to change
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and oral English andI Italian.
US GAAP experience preferred
