We are looking for a Functional Analyst, dynamic, curious and motivated to join Oney Team. This is a mission that demands commitment, effort, good relational ability and analysis ability.

- What are we looking for?
  
  - Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Management or similar education;
  - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  - A flexible can-do attitude - able to respond to the needs of the business;
  - Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, handle assigned action items, manage priorities, work effectively within deadlines and time pressures;
  - Ability to work independently and with other people in an international context;
  - Critical and creative thinking;
  - Result driven mentality;
  - Analytical mind-set and oriented to details;
  - Strong organization and responsibility;
  - Experience in banking and digital payment world, global vision of digital and retail specificities of the payment market and knowledge of payment and e-commerce platforms;
  - Between 3 to 5 years of experience with Functional Analysis;
  - Very good Portuguese and English spoken and written;
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  - Experience in IT field;
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
  - Knowledge of Scrum methodology (nice to have);
  - Jira and Confluence experience (nice to have).

What are the responsabilities?

- Analyze and decompose complex requirements;
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions;
- Work collaboratively with all participants in software development projects and support developers, testers and project managers;
- Document requirements, create functional specifications, write instruction manuals and test cases;
- Validate the functionality of the product according to the requirement specifications;
- Understand and be able to communicate to the product team a technical explanation of bug/fix/feature/enhancement;
- Prepare training session to the involved stakeholders.
