• Assist in preparing quarterly Management Reporting deliverables;


• Lead the Budget & Forecast processes for assigned departments;


• Analyze and challenge actual performance vs. budget and forecast for projects/vessels and departments;


• Ensure accurate financial reporting by loading and reviewing data in reporting software;


• Work closely with department managers and business controllers to support financial planning;


• Prepare cash flow analysis and financial sections for board-level reporting;


• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial closing;


• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide timely financial insights for decision-making;


• Contribute to process automation and reporting optimization, driving efficiency gains;


• Develop a holistic view of business performance and enhance financial storytelling skills.

• University Degree in Economics, Business, or Finance (strong focus on financial reporting);


• 2+ years of experience in an international audit firm and/or reporting role in a global environment;


• IFRS knowledge (a plus);


• Fluent in English (written & verbal); other languages are a plus;


• Proficiency in IT tools, especially Business Object, accounting software, and advanced Excel skills;


• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify key business drivers;


• Experience in automating analysis and financial processes;


• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including non-financial professionals;


• Strong communication & critical thinking skills;


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;


• Appetite for innovative solutions & process improvements;


• Strong analytical mindset with a balance between detail orientation and big-picture thinking.
