customer support specialist - german/english (m/f/x).

• handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.


• use your expertise in automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.


• keep accurate and clear records of customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.


• work closely with your team to continuously improve the customer experience.


• stay informed about the latest offers, policies, and services to provide up-to-date and accurate information to customers.


• ensure every customer interaction reflects warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help.

• native or advanced proficiency in German (C2).


• intermediate proficiency in English (B2).


• excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

What do we have for you?

• base salary: €1,030/month.


• performance bonus: Up to €80/month.


• schedule: Monday to Sunday, 24/7 (rotating shifts).


• two rotating days off per week.


• contract: 6 months (renewable).
