You'll ensure airline adheres to all passenger rights regulations, resolving disputes efficiently and preventing costly litigation. What You'll Do:

Navigate Legal Landscapes: Act as the primary liaison with NEBs, ensuring compliance with passenger rights regulations.
Resolve Disputes: Investigate and manage passenger complaints, crafting effective solutions and preventing legal escalation.
Collaborate with Legal Experts: Work closely with legal officers and external counsel to ensure best practices.
Master Aviation Systems: Utilize GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) to access and manage crucial data.

What You Bring:

Italian Mastery: Native or advanced (C2) proficiency in Italian is essential.
