in this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products;
key responsibilities include answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries;

native or advanced German (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
friendly and professional demeanor;
strong communication skills;
ability to remain calm under pressure;
a first experience in customer service is a plus;

What do we have for you?

• base salary of 1100€/month;


• complexity bonus of 100€/month;


• performance bonus up to 100€/month;


• meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;


• welcome Bonus: Up to €3,000 (paid quarterly) 


• schedule: monday to friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts);


• days off: weekends;


• working contract: 6 months (renewable);
