- understanding the ins and outs of the company's digital advertising tools and providing exceptional support to clients;
- engage with customers to help and offer solutions by inbound calls and emails;
- create and update records and databases with personnel information and other details
competências
native or advanced french (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;principais benefícios
What do we have for you?
- base salary of 830€/month;
- performance bonus up to 140€/month;
- meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
- schedule: monday to saturday, between 7am and 6pm (rotational shifts);
- days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
- working contract:
6 months (renewable)
