customer support in french and english (m/f/x).

• as part of the team, you'll be responsible for welcoming, supporting and advising the customers in a warm and professional manner, presenting the services and providing technical assistance;


• assist customers through inbound calls in the after-sales process by answering inquiries and providing technical assistance;


• resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints;


• provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.

native or advanced French (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;

What do we have for you?

• base salary of 830€/month;


• performance bonus up to 140€/month;


• complexity bonus of 20€/month;


• meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;


• schedule: monday to sunday, between 8am and 7pm (rotational shifts)


• days off: 2 rotational days


• working contract: 6 months (renewable);
