responsabilidades chave
- Provide top-tier support to customers via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, professional, and accurate responses.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company’s system.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance processes and service quality.
competências
- Fluency in french (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer requests effectively.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus.
principais benefícios
base salary: €880/month + performance bonus up to €140/month.
meal allowance: €7.23 per working day.
working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
weeekends off!
permanent contract (3-month trial period).
