Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class tech support to customers for various domestic appliance brands after-sales.


• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.


• Conduct initial diagnostics using 60 available processes to resolve client issues.


• Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate department when needed.


• Enhance customer satisfaction by proactively assisting during diagnostics, utilizing tools like YouTube tutorials for added support.


• Communicate with customers to provide product information, follow up on orders, manage minor repairs, and address complaints.


• Operate three different software programs during the support process.


• Apply cross-selling techniques when applicable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both oral and written.


• Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).


• High school diploma or equivalent; a higher education degree is a plus.


• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

What We Offer:

• Working Contract: 12 months (renewable).


• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Portuguese time, including bank holidays).


• Days Off: Sunday and one rotational day.


• Base Salary: €1,100/month.


• Meal Allowance: €7.23 per day worked.


• Performance Bonus: Up to €100/month.


• Complexity Bonus: €100/month.
