You will be responsible for:
mobile technical assistance to customers in English;
customer satisfaction in order to retain them;
inform customers about the company's technology products, services and their benefits.competências
candidates with high school education;
fluency of the English language (level C1 minimum, oral validation will be made);
ease of communication / argumentation;
