customer support hybrid - italian speaker (m/f/x).

Handling incoming calls in Italian from the hotline;
Addressing inquiries from Italian market buyers and responding to them through various communication channels;
Regularly liaising with multiple internal departments, as well as collaborating with fellow colleagues.

At least a High School Diploma (mandatory);
Experience in a call center (required);
Native/C2 Italian speaker;
Advanced English skills (C1);
Resilience and commitment to the project;
Knowledge/interest in cars (an advantage);

What do we have to offer you?

- Base salary of 1300€;
- meal allowance of 6€/per working day;
- Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
- Hybrid work model (first month on-site);
