• handle incoming calls in German through the hotline, providing top-notch support;


• address inquiries and resolve issues for customers in the German market via multiple communication channels;


• regularly collaborate with internal departments and work closely with your team.

• at least a high school diploma (mandatory);


• experience in a call center (a plus);


• native German speaker;


• advanced English skills (C1);


• resilience and commitment to the project;


• knowledge or interest in cars (a plus).
