Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.


• Troubleshoot user issues on the platform, providing clear guidance and effective solutions.


• Educate users about platform features to help them maximize their website's potential.


• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.


• Stay informed about platform updates and features to offer accurate and up-to-date support.


• Gather and communicate user feedback to enhance the overall experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency.


• Intermediate English (B2) level.


• Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles (mandatory).


• Tech-savvy with a fast learning curve for software and tools.


• Strong problem-solving skills and a patient approach when assisting users.


• Experience with website builders or content management systems (preferred).


• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

What do we have for you?

• Base Salary: €1,100/month.


• Complexity Bonus: Up to €180/month.


• Meal Allowance: €7.23 per worked day.


• Schedule: Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays), 24/7 availability with night shifts.


• Days Off: 2 rotational days.


• Contract: 6-month renewable contract.
