Responsibilities:
- Be the voice of the company in direct communication with economy-oriented business partners.
- Manage the German language market.
- Provide customer support and clarify questions regarding products and services.
- Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Support our merchants with all inquiries about our products and services.
- Actively work on optimizing all processes related to our customers, continually improving the satisfaction of our merchants.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:
- Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory).
- Proficient in English.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly service focus.
- Tech-savvy and passionate about the economic sector.
- Availability to work on-site in Porto.
principais benefícios
What do we have for you?
- Base salary: €1,100
- Meal allowance (SA): €7.63/day
- Skill Adder: €50
- Health insurance
- Welcome Bonus: Up to €3,000
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 19:00 (rotative shifts with the possibility to extend the late shift until 21:00, as per client agreement – hasn’t happened since the line opened).
- Days off: 2 days off (rotative).
- Location: On-site in Porto.
