responsabilidades chave
Customer support to German speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our products and services.
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing.competências
German native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
Good proficiency in English;
Good communication and customer-friendly service focus;
Tech savvy and passion for the area of economy;

What do we have for you?
base salary: 1100€
SA: 7,63€/day
Skill Adder: 50 €
Health Insurance
Monday to Sunday - 08:00 and 19:00 (rotative shifts - possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement - didn’t happen since the line opened)
Days off: 2 days (rotative)
