customer support - french (m/f/x).

• in this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers through various channels, including incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media;


• you will serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry, responding quickly and efficiently to inquiries, complaints, and comments;


• building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication;


• providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction with the solutions offered while adhering to company policies and procedures;


• offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup, verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, and general platform navigation, as well as resolving any technical issues;


• offering feedback and to optimize internal processes for a better customer experience;

• fluency in both French;


• preferably previous working experience in a call center;


• high school diploma or a higher education degree;

• base salary of 895€/month;


• meal Allowance of 7.23€ per day;


• working contract: 6 months (renewable);


• welcome bonus of 3000€ paid in 4 equal parcels;


• monday to sunday – 08:00 to 23:00 - rotative shifts


• days off: 2 days  (rotative)
