customer support - french (m/f/x).

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers through various channels, including incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media. You will serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry, responding quickly and efficiently to inquiries, complaints, and comments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

• Providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction with the solutions offered while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup, verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, and general platform navigation, as well as resolving any technical issues.

• Offering feedback and to optimize internal processes for a better customer experience.
  

Fluency in both French

Preferably previous working experience in a call center;

High school diploma or a higher education degree;

What do we have for you?

base salary of 895€/month;
- meal Allowance of 7.23€ per day;
- working contract: 6 months (renewable);

Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 23:00 - Rotative shifts
Days off: 2 days  (rotative)

Location: Lisboa onsite
