...As part of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their various queries, providing them with clear and relevant answers, while adopting a warm and professional approach.
Assist clients via inbound calls and/or outbound calls by answering inquiries regarding their saving-goals objectives.
Present and promote new alternatives contracts by using upselling skills that suits the best interests of the client.
fluency in French, spoken and written;
Intermediate level of English
preferably previous working experience in a call center;
high school diploma or a higher education degree;
What do we have for you?
- base salary of 870€/month;
- performance bonus up to 140€/month
- meal Allowance of 7.23€ per day;
- transport allowance: 20€/month;
- schedule: Monday to Friday:
07:00AM - 07:00PM (Rotational shifts)
2 days off: Saturday and Sunday
- working contract: 6 months (renewable)
