Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed information about products and services while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.


• Handle and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, sales, and efficiency.


• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level or native-like fluency).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.


• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.


• Flexibility and commitment to work fixed nighttime and early morning schedules.


• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.


• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools.


• Previous experience in customer service or a sales-oriented role is a plus but not required.
