As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support across a variety of projects. Your role will be to ensure customers needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German and English in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What we are looking for:
Native level German proficiency or a minimum of C1 level in German.
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools.
Previous experience in customer support is valued but not required.
