As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support across a variety of projects. Your role will be to ensure customers’ needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency:
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German and English in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level German proficiency or a minimum of C1 level in German.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools.
- Previous experience in customer support is valued but not required.
