As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional B2B customer support, assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Your main tasks will include:
- Assisting customers through Phone, Email, and/or Chat.
- Identifying account holders and verifying account information.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and procedures.
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and support excellence.
- Providing fast and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
competências
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish & English (C1 level), spoken and written.
- High School diploma (mandatory).
- Stable job history (no frequent job hopping – mandatory).
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience with strong customer orientation (mandatory).
- Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automated customer service platforms (a plus).
- Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to rotational shifts.

What We Offer:
- Base salary: €870/month
- Complexity bonus: €50/month
- Meal Allowance: €7.23/day
- Transport allowance: €50/month
- Health Insurance
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
- Location: Lisbon (Oriente) – On-site position
